Do you ship outside the United States?
We do from time to time accept orders from established businesses in other countries around the world. We must, however, be able to verify the existence and location of your business, and the validity of your credit card information.
Your credit card must be approved for purchases in U.S. Dollars. Also, we will only accept orders from businesses having a valid corporate shipping account with FedEx to charge your shipping costs to. This is the only way will ship outside the United States.
We reserve the right to refuse orders from any person, business or country we feel might not be in our best interest. Please Email us and let us know: what you would like to order; if you have a U.S. credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express); and if you have a FedEx shipping account. We can then let you know how to place your order.
Do you offer Express or next day shipping?
No, we're sorry but we do not offer any express or next day shipping. Due to the custom nature of our poster printing process, we schedule production based on when orders arrive. Poster printing is usually a 2 - 3 day process. At that time we will ship your order.
How much will shipping cost me?
Our flat rate shipping charge is simple: only $5.95 for any size order in the U.S. Compared to our actual shipping costs, this is a huge savings for you.
How can you afford to offer flat rate shipping?
We understand that with many online retailers shipping can really add up. It's a hidden expense. Something that really matters, and can make or break a purchase decision. That's why we decided long ago to always offer flat rate shipping at the lowest price we can manage.
We all know that there are many retailers that pad their shipping costs to create an extra profit center for themselves. P-R Posters™ does not believe in making extra money from our shipping/handling fee. We just want to cover the bulk of our cost to get your products to you in a timely fashion. So, we offer shipping for one low flat rate charge - no matter how many posters you purchase.
How do you pack the posters and frames?
All posters and gallery wrap canvas are carefully packaged in sturdy shipping tubes or boxes.
What happens if my posters arrive damaged?
In the remote possibility that your posters were to arrive damaged, we simply ask that you contact us right away to let us know the details of the damage.
For our quality control purposes, we need to determine if the damage was caused "in-house" in our production facility or during shipment.
We will then instruct you on what to do to get your order replaced. But, rest assured we will do whatever it takes to make things right by you. We pride ourselves in our quality product, our sturdy shipping, and our complete commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Do you guarantee your shipping times?
No, we do not guarantee our shipping or production times. Our posters are custom printed for you when you order them. Due to the technical aspects of creating the highest quality posters, and due to the variables in delivery times, we simply will not guarantee our times. So sorry. But, rest assured, most orders arrive to our customers within 7 - 9 business days from when they are ordered.
What shipping service do you use?
We use US Priority Mail in the United States.
Are there any hidden costs when ordering from you?
No... absolutely not. You simply have the cost of the product, the cost of the shipping. For those of you who live in Wisconsin (like we do) - there is a 5.5% sales tax we are required to collect.
