Yes, absolutely. Simply order a total of 10 or more posters (any size, any design) and you will automatically receive a 5% discount on your total order price. This discount will be applied at checkout time in your shopping cart. Order 20 or more posters and you'll receive a 10% discount on your total order price. And remember, we charge a flat rate shipping charge for ANY size order - so, the more you order, the more you save.
I used to get your posters laminated - can I still get them that way?
When we first started P-R Posters™ back in 1999, we printed our posters on high resolution inkjet printers. We could only print sizes up to 12"x18". To protect the ink from water damage (and to provide a long lasting finish) we laminated our posters with a 5 ml thick lamination. This was a very nice product, and is one of the elements that helped build our company in the early years. The two main problems with this process, however, were that we were limited to smaller sizes than we now offer... and it was very time consuming and cost intensive. Because of our significant company growth, back in January 2006 we began offering all of our designs exclusively printed using a much higher quality printing process known as giclée (pronounced gee-clay). Our posters are now professionally printed when you order them - in sizes up to 24"x36" - by our printing/framing partner located in North Carolina.
We are willing to discuss with you a custom order for laminated posters (in sizes up to 12"x18"). Unfortunately, the cost would be higher than we used to offer. But, we recognize that many of our past customers really like the laminated product - even at a higher cost. What do you mean your posters are "Free"?
All of our motivational designs are available to print for free from our Print-A-Poster website. The free printable posters are 5"x7" in size to easily fit on a standard letter size piece of paper. You may print as many of these free printable designs as you wish, as long as you don't use them in any commercial or online manner. Our printed posters in larger sizes are available for purchase.
Can I share the free printable posters you offer with my friends?
Yes, absolutely! That's one of the most important parts about our Free Printable Poster collection. However, do understand, that you MAY NOT in any way use our designs for any commercial purpose. You also are not allowed to use any of our designs or images on any website or in any online manner whatsoever without our express permission. What type of poster printing process do you use?
We use a sophisticated and widely celebrated printing process known as giclée (pronounced gee-clay). It's a highly sophisticated inkjet printing process that was introduced in the late 1980s. It’s so sophisticated, in fact, that even museums have realized the vast potential of this technology and have made giclée prints a permanent part of their collections, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York), Museum of Modern Art (San Francisco) and Museum of Contemporary Art (Los Angeles) to name a few.

How long will your posters last?
Because of the highest quality ingredients we use (including archival ink), our giclée posters are designed to last for more than 50 years. Our posters are not the wide format quick fading inkjet prints that many other poster companies offer. You deserve the best - and giclée is the best!
How big are your posters?
We are often asked this question. The simple answer is that we offer 6 poster sizes - 5"x7", 8"x10", 11"x14", 16"x20", 18"x24", and 24"x36". But, for many, those sizes mean very little. So, we have put together a graphic representation of how large our posters are in comparison to a standard letter size piece of paper. Do you print your own posters?
We contract with a very high-tech museum quality printing facility to print our posters and supply our frames. They're experts in the printing field with a 40 year track record of excellence. We find this is the very best way to provide our customers the highest quality product they deserve, at prices they can appreciate. This is one of the reasons we can confidently offer our "Best in the Business" Lifetime guarantee on all of our products.
Are your posters waterproof?
Our posters are water resistant... not waterproof. This simply means that if you should get a drop of water on our poster print, the inks will not smear. You can let the water dry and the print will look pretty much the same - though sometimes there might be a small blemish to the area that had the water on it. We use the more expensive pigment based inks which do not smear. With inkjet prints on the other hand, if you spill water on them, the ink will smear. That's because they use a waterbase ink. The best solution is to avoid getting any poster wet.
Can I buy different sizes than the ones you offer?
We aim to please. We can accommodate most any custom request. However, be aware that our custom prices are significantly higher than our regular prices. You can use the contact form LOCATED HERE to let us know what you would like. We will reply with details on cost and procedure.
If I order the wrong size, can I exchange it for a different size?
Yes, you can. But understand that there is a 50% restocking fee, your cost of shipping the wrong size poster back to us, the added (or reduced) cost of the new poster you desire, and the cost of shipping the new poster to you again. This becomes rather expensive. The best solution to avoid this costly mistake is to view our SIZE COMPARISON CHART(click the link) before you order. Do you own the copyrights to the quotes and photos you use on your posters?
No, we do not. The author that is attributed to the quote maintains their rights. The background photos are copyright protected by the creator. We DO own the copyrights for our poster creations (the creative combination of one or more elements). Copyright protection is a complicated area. How long before I get my posters?
This depends on a few variables. First it depends on when you place your order. If you order on the weekend it will seem to take a little longer because we do not have our production facility in operation over the weekends. Normal poster printing time is 3 - 4 days. Also, if you have a large order (20 or more posters) this may take extra production time. Finally, where you live determines how long your order will take to arrive in shipping. We ship from North Carolina using US Mail, UPS and FedEx depending on what you order. Most orders arrive to you within 8 - 10 business days from when you place your order with us.
Do you have a catalog?
We have hundreds of requests each week for a catalog showing all of our unique poster designs. As a small family business, we simply don't have it in our budget to produce a printed catalog, and absorb the mailing costs as well. And, with our continued rapid growth, a printed catalog would become obsolete even before we received it back from the printer.
So, we came up with a simple, cost-effective alternative that allows you to receive our catalog right now. We've developed a downloadable digital catalog. It displays thumbnails of all of our original designs along with the complete text of each. It also contains order information and a convenient mail-order form.

We currently do not have distributors in other countries. We have been approached by several different companies regarding their representation of our products in different International markets. We do from time to time accept orders from established businesses in other countries around the world. We must, however, be able to verify the existence and location of your business, and the validity of your credit card information.

How can you afford to offer flat rate shipping?

In the remote possibility that your posters were to arrive damaged, we simply ask that you contact us right away to let us know the details of the damage. P-R Posters™ is a family owned and operated business that began in 1999. Dedicated to spreading a little light and positivity around the World by sharing our unique motivational poster designs.
Back in 1999 we just had two divisions to our company. First, we offered all of our motivational designs available to print for Free from our Print-A-Poster.com website. There, visitors can print as many of our 5"x7" personal size posters as they want. The other division was the commercial side of the business that offered all of our designs for sale as high-resolution prints that came laminated in sizes up to 12"x18".
In the year 2000, we developed our Educators Resource CD programs. These special CDs contain 100 printable poster designs in the 8"x10" size. They also contain a host of other goodies including a 50-design screensaver. We soon found that businesses appreciated this product almost as much as schools and teachers.
For optimum exposure and marketing of our different types of motivational products, P-R Posters™ Motivational Companies is maintained as a group of separate businesses dedicated to providing our customers with a high quality variety of unique motivational products. Do you accept purchase orders?
No, we do not accept purchase orders. Our business model does not include accounts receivable. We understand that many Schools and Businesses require the use of purchase orders. We are sincerely sorry that we will not be able to service you under those terms.
We do have an option in our shopping cart (*Prepaid P.O.) that allows you to place your order online without giving payment information. No we do not offer an affiliate program. Our business model does not support the additional price mark-up required to attract a reputable affiliate organization.
